A passion for hands-on hospitality
“I joined B&B HOTELS in 2012 as the salaried director of the Lille Centre Grand Palais and became manager 3 years later. In 2019, I took on the Dunkerque Centre Gare and I’ve also been managing the Lille Lillenium Eurasanté since it opened in 2022.
The B&B HOTELS model enables me to combine hospitality and entrepreneurship. This brings opportunities and risks but, above all, the kind of freedom you don’t often find. Managing multiple hotels is a real challenge and keeps things exciting. I thrive in this kind of environment. Through the management-franchise approach, we work with B&B HOTELS as partners and always support each other.
I chose to be part of this network because of the values upheld by the group and the people who bring them to life. Despite growing very quickly, B&B HOTELS maintains close connections across teams, hotels and countries. It’s a large company, yet still very people centric.
Each year, we have a lot of apprentices, so we can pass on skills and knowledge, as well as a strong commitment to service. When guests stay with us, we make sure they feel at home. Even though the tools we use have evolved, our core mission hasn’t changed. Hospitality is at the heart of what we do and always will be.”
