“What I love most? A good challenge. That’s what drew me to B&B HOTELS in 2020 and what keeps me going every day.

With hospitality and entrepreneurial experience gathered from London to Malaysia, I was ready to build something new. At B&B HOTELS, I found the perfect balance: the thrill of managing hotels, the space to grow, and the trust to take real responsibility.

It started with one hotel at Baden Airport. This relationship – and adventure – with B&B HOTELS has continued to grow. Today, I manage five properties in South-East Germany, including several takeovers. I enjoy zooming out to define a vision, then zooming in to make sure it works on the ground. I structure my week with dedicated “thinking time” to focus on growth, partnerships and innovation, while staying close to key operational KPIs.

Great teams are essential. I’m lucky to work with people I can fully trust and delegate to. We even use AI and bots to streamline routine tasks – freeing up time to focus on the guest experience.

Being part of B&B HOTELS means more than just running hotels. It’s about contributing to something bigger: mentoring peers via our Academy, supporting fellow entrepreneurs across Germany, or co-building the future on our German Counciling Board.
