How did your adventure with B&B HOTELS begin?

Marco: “As longtime friends, we were keen to start a project together. I was just back from working in Greece and Roberto was managing a B&B HOTEL in Turin. So when the opportunity came to open the brand’s very first hotel in Milan, we jumped in without hesitation. It was the start of a big adventure and two more B&B HOTELS later, we’re still going strong.”

What makes this relationship special? 

“With B&B HOTELS, it’s never just about operations. It’s a real partnership. From marketing to accounting, the support lets us focus on what truly matters: our teams and our guests. Even when the Group changed hands, the vision remained solid. There’s this shared drive to improve, try new things, and move forward together.”

How do you balance growth and consistency?

“We’ve grown alongside B&B HOTELS. After Milano Cenisio, we applied the same winning formula to our next openings guided by a clear vision, strong values, and a proven model. This structure and consistency – combined with the ability to adapt to the location – are essential. The secret ingredient is then getting the right people to make it happen. Will we open more hotels? With the right property, structure and teams, the sky’s the limit!”

What is your fondest memory?

“The day we opened Milano Cenisio in 2015, the energy, the people, the buzz… unforgettable. But the best part is always those small moments: when a guest comes back, remembers you, and you realize you’ve made an impact. A hotel isn’t just walls and décor. It’s the people inside.”
