A secret ingredient in a birthday cocktail? One that fizzes and sparkles. With a desire to expand without hurtling ahead, B&B HOTELS is very responsive and fast-thinking. We still have the energy of a startup
A dish? A buckwheat pancake with cheese, egg and ham, known as a galette complète. It’s a specialty from Brittany that tastes great and is inexpensive. Everyone loves it!
A film? Astérix & Obélix: Cléopatra Mission. A group of villagers from Brittany leave their little corner of countryside in order to build a palace in 3 months. Just like we open hotels all over the world in record time. And, as in the movie, this is only possible through teamwork.
A book? The Three Musketeers whose motto “all for one and one for all” resonates strongly with our values.
A personal connection with you? My first name originates from Brittany, I’m the same age as the group and I also support FC Lorient, which is sponsored by B&B HOTELS. Plus, I’m also expanding my family, as I’m expecting a baby girl. It seems like I was destined to join B&B HOTELS! Our shared journey is just starting.
An event that marked you? The sale of Goldman Sachs that significantly accelerated the company’s growth.
A challenge for the next 35 years? That the B&B adventure keeps going with more opportunities in France and internationally, and above all, with more and more trust.
