Drouault, a high-comfort, sustainable partnership

For the past 16 years_,  Drouault has been supporting B&B HOTELS in France in its quest for sustainable comfort. Together, they created new ways to design, use and recycle pillows.

“We’ve been collaborating with B&B HOTELS for many years now. It all started with pillows made in France from recycled fibers. Over the years, we’ve taken things further by co-developing products that can be recycled – which is essential given that hotel pillows are regularly replaced.

We launched a large-scale upcycling campaign, which required us to take up the challenge of establishing a pillow collection in each hotel and identifying the right recycling channels across France.

We’re proud to be able to give our pillow a second life. Today, they are recycled into insulation materials or reused after being thoroughly sanitised to make new ones. This means less waste and the same lasting comfort for guests. In our own small way,  B&B HOTELS and Drouault are pioneers contributing to a more sustainable supply chain.

This project has given us the opportunity to innovate. To meet B&B HOTELS’ high standards, our R&D team is always looking for new solutions and materials that respect people and the environment.

This partnership goes beyond simply supplying a product. It encapsulates a shared vision of progress, sustainability, excellence and people.”
