Hospitality as an innovation lab
“In 2024, I took up the reins of B&B HOME, the Group’s new brand specifically targeting longer stays. Having led B&B HOTELS in France and Western Europe, this new challenge was a perfect match for me both professionally and personally: taking the Group’s values further while exploring new horizons aligned with evolving guest needs and expectations.
When I joined B&B HOTELS in 2016, the mix of entrepreneurship and people-centric growth really made a mark. With B&B HOME, we’re taking this momentum to the next level. Inspired by new habits and behaviours, we have designed an offer that embraces changing lifestyles while maintaining a high level of trust with both guests and local communities.
Less standardised and more sustainable and purpose-driven, this new offering is tailored to travelers looking to reconcile work, flexibility and quality of life. B&B HOME gives guests access to residences embedded in vibrant neighbourhoods designed for medium and long-term stays. This is also an opportunity for us to test best practices for a more responsible, sustainable approach in real life and real time, from repurposed furniture to partnerships with social and solidarity economy players.
You could say that B&B HOME is a kind of an innovation lab aligned with our CSR commitments and ambition to redefine hospitality. With around 10 openings planned across Europe, including 3 in the Paris region, we’re really excited about the path ahead.”
